Wellframe helps healthcare organizations support every aspect of health beyond the four walls of care delivery. We provide care transformation services, a patented engagement platform, clinical programs that support the clinical and social determinants of health, and rigorous measurement.

Wellframe translates evidence-based, peer-reviewed guidelines and literature into an interactive daily checklist delivered to patients through the Wellframe mobile app. As patients engage with the Wellframe app, their data is shared in real time with their care team through the care team dashboard, which utilizes advanced algorithms to generate early intervention alerts. With secure two-way messaging, Wellframe facilitates long-term, trusted relationships between patients and care teams.

Overview

The Clinical Programs team at Wellframe works closely with all other Wellframe departments to design and create clinical programs, tools, and processes that help patients gain access to the knowledge and clinical expertise they need to manage their health needs at any given moment. Our work also focuses on providing decision support for clinicians and Wellframe dashboard users across our clients. • Collaboratively shape our team's project management approach by creating internal handbooks and defining best practices.
  • Serve as the main contact for the Client Strategy & Operations team to coordinate programmatic aspects of client launches and trainings, provide needed resources, and consistently work to improve processes in order to meet the changing needs of both clients and internal teams.
  • Proactively work to gain insight into inefficiencies in client launches and create processes to address them.
  • Program configuration and quality testing in Wellframe’s content management and internal admin systems.
  • May include: Content development or editing in accordance with Wellframe health literacy and style parameters.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of project management experience

  • Strong leadership, pragmatism, accountability, problem-solving, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Works well independently and effectively in a fast-paced, agile, start-up environment, with high attention to detail
