To help us achieve this goal, we are hiring Field Readiness Consultants to join our team who will be responsible for the successful rollout and support of strategic initiatives that impact MassMutual's advisors and firms.
The Team:
MassMutual Financial Advisors, Advisor Services Readiness Team consists of a group of highly motivated, senior readiness consultants who are highly knowledgeable in the areas of change management, program management and how our field partners run their practices. As part of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to utilize your experience and skills while learning how to apply them to projects that impact our advisors and firms. In addition, your role will be highly visible, enabling you to work with various levels of individuals from many different areas within MassMutual and in the field.
The Impact
As a Field Readiness Consultant on the Advisor Services team, you will be responsible for the successful rollout and support of strategic initiatives that impact MassMutual's advisors and firms. You will develop, drive and execute readiness strategies, activities and plans.
You will be responsible for:
Collaborate with senior leaders, business sponsors and program/project managers to determine appropriate course of action and field readiness activities to ensure the success of project deployments.
Provide change management and readiness expertise on project teams.
Be the end users' advocate by determining and driving decisions on readiness strategies and tactics.
Engage appropriate project and readiness resources (communication, training, marketing, etc.) and lead the team driving coordination of all readiness activities, including change management.
Conducts readiness intake & assessment for new initiatives in partnership with training and communications.
Ensure a consistent deployment experience by utilizing proven best practice and standards.
Create detailed plans, drive plan execution, escalate issues, provide status reports; work collaboratively with key business partners to ensure a successful rollout.
Collaborate/coordinate on integration and sequencing of programs, messages and activities between field and home office audiences.
Constantly assessing opportunities for improvement to readiness process; share new ideas with broader team.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of readiness project management experience, utilizing change management principles.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and continuous service process improvement to look at improving our customers' experience.
HS Diploma.
Experience driving and determining project work, appropriate readiness activities, building a plan and making recommendations to business sponsors.
MS proficiency, especially in Excel, with an overall ability to utilize technology to improve process efficiency/productivity
Able to handle broad scope projects that are small and medium in size, complexity and with cross organizational boundaries.
Able to influence.

Capable of applying knowledge to handle complex problems independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Experience working in the financial services/insurance industry.
Experience working with financial advisors.
Location
Position can be based at our office in Springfield, Mass. or can also be Remote-US with occasional travel to our campus, as appropriate.
Compensation:
Salary range for this position is $80,000 -105,000 USD Annual. **Salary commensurate with experience.
