Cybereason is looking for a superstar Operations Manager to join the Business Operations team. The team is responsible for driving Cybereason’s growth & scaling efforts by leading strategic initiatives, building a focused & synced company and solving problems.

We are looking for someone who: 

• Easily spots problems and has the ability and vision to solve them in creative ways
• Enjoys tackling complex issues and is a professional simplifier by nature
• Can get multiple people with different opinions in one room and drive them towards a shared goal
• Understands the business and always thinks from the customers perspective

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in an operations/project management role in a global company
• Self-starter, flexible thinker, and outstanding communicator who is comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing different personalities 
• Strives in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly with changes
• Tech company and startup experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
