We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and analytical Business Operations Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives forward across all of Cricket Health. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, and must feel comfortable working cross-functionally and approaching problems in a data-driven and strategic way. This role will report to our Business Operations Lead. The location for this role is San Francisco, CA or Cambridge, MA.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operationalize cross-functional strategy, in conjunction with internal function leads
  • Design and iterate Cricket’s internal project management system
  • Identify opportunities to increase productivity and improve operational efficiency 
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues, define actionable and innovative improvement levers
  • Bring strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging business, product, and operational questions
  • Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering and Business Development to operationalize strategic initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with partners at all levels, including the executive team

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management role or management consulting
  • Health care knowledge: Understanding of the US healthcare system and how key players - providers, payers, patients - interact. Knowledge of health care services and digital health business models. 
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to facilitate communication across multiple stakeholders and foster alignment on ambiguous problems.
  • Highly productive: Ability to be highly productive with little oversight day-to-day. This role is intended for somebody who will take meaningful responsibility and initiative.
  • Action-oriented: You are someone who thrives in ambiguity and prefers the good decision now to the perfect decision next month.
  • Deeply analytical: An understanding of how various frameworks can provide structure to complex questions and how data can help to inform the team’s approach.
  • Eager to learn: A willingness to learn and dig into new problems.
