The Role 

This new Thrasher will be responsible for the coordination and administration of all Brand Learning activities and events. The role is critical to the successful execution of our learning strategies and programs as we continue to rapidly scale and we stay committed to growing our talent. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the delivery of our learning programs and you will serve as the Learning Management System (LMS) administrator for Brand Learning. We seek a team player who is passionate about delivering best-in-class learning experiences to our team.

Some specific responsibilities include:

  • Ensure a quality and memorable learning experience before, during and after training.
  • Coordinate onboarding for Brand Operations.
  • Manage all aspects of the Brand Management development program for new hires and tenured team members.
  • Serve as the Brand Learning LMS Administrator managing content, registration, completion, assessment, transcript and other LMS data.
  • Create and distribute Brand Learning and LMS reports.
  • Schedule Brand training sessions, workshops and other learning activities.
  • Coordinate all aspects of brand summits and other events that develop and engage brand talent.
  • Perform administrative functions to support the Brand Learning team as needed.
  • Prepare materials for Brand learning activities as needed.
  • Create and distribute Brand Learning communications and surveys.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries and questions submitted to Brand Learning. 
  • Assist with creation of Brand Learning curriculum components.
  • Assist with the management of Brand Learning knowledge resources and case studies.

What You Bring to the Party:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Learning coordination and LMS administration experience, ideally in a high-growth tech or start-up environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills 
  • Proactive thinking, good judgement and the ability to problem solve
  • Must be humble, results-oriented, collaborative and have a sense of humor and a strong EQ
