We’re looking for…
An Associate Project Manager, Digital Creative Production to assist in ensuring that all incoming creative projects are assigned and produced.
What you’ll accomplish…
- Manage day-to-day creative and copy workflow and prioritization for the Rue La La business.
- Attend daily meetings with cross-functional partners to represent creative status and understand business needs.
- Responsible for creating detailed resource assignments, project plans and keeping status report up to date.
- Identify and communicate to Creative leadership and/or business partners gaps and/or opportunities in Creative resource pool to ensure appropriate staffing levels for all Creative functions.
- Keep self and creative partners organized while prioritizing a wide scope of projects.
- Communicate in a timely and effective manner. Keep your Manager apprised of project scope and/or timeline concerns and provide resolution options to avoid issues.
- Act as a representative of the creative organization in all meetings and communications, thinking critically about business needs, team structure and bandwidth, and how to create a successful environment for all members of the team.
- Foster positive and collaborative relationships with cross-functional business partners, creative leadership and brand operations team.
- Identify opportunities for Creative & Brand Operations process improvement in daily workflow and communications, and proactively set solutions and process changes in place for efficiency gains.
- Willingness to flex job responsibilities and accommodate business needs outside of boutique creative, and learn critical job functions across the different businesses brand operations manages.

THE RIGHT FIT:
You have…
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-4 years’ experience in a project management, e-commerce, production or merchandising role
- Proficiencies in MS Office Suite, including Word & Excel, Google Docs
- Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organizational, detail-oriented, project management skills and can handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
