Associate Program Manager, Hard Good Products - Private Brands
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is hiring an Associate Program Manager, Hard Good Products to join the commercialization team for our Private Brands. This individual will be responsible for working with our cross-functional teams to coordinate our new product commercialization and the product development process and will be responsible for leading the product launch lifecycle from inception to delivery to our Customers!

This person will need to have strong business judgment, communication, organization, and be highly motivated while building working relationships with internal and external business team members.
What You'll Do:
- Work directly with Category Management, Private Label Sourcing, and Marketing teams to create and implement project plans and timelines that highlight key milestones and deadlines
- Manage communication, organize, and participate in cross-functional team meetings to document, track, and deliver action items while always keeping our customers first
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and business needs, escalating issues internally or externally to meet deliverables
- Takes the initiative to identify and improve team pain points by researching and introducing solutions to assist with efficiency
- Creates and implements systems and processes for more seamless, efficient, and error-proof team operations
- Compile project related data from different data resources to generate reports as needed
- Track project performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external business team members, establishing a role as a trusted resource and advisor
What You'll Need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven ability to use analytical, innovative and quick-on-your-feet thinking to deliver major and minor projects on time
- At least two (2) years of project management experience
- Knowledge of project management tool(s) that includes maintenance of key project details while managing assignments and schedules for team members
- Knowledge of the operations department workflow processes and project life cycles
- Astute attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to persuade and negotiate
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to self-manage and motivate under pressure while managing multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
- A demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintain composure in stressful situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook)
Bonus (if applicable):
- E-commerce or Retail background and Product Management is a plus
- Proficient in product lifecycle management and project management tools
