Are you a person who yearns to operate more closely with consumer feedback and in doing so make recommendations for how to improve our products? TripAdvisor is seeking an Associate Program Manager to work on the day-to-day customer feedback and issues identified with our products on our Core Experience Product team. This role will support the prioritization of feedback across all platforms – desktop, tablet, phone web and native app.

As an Associate Program Manager, you will be responsible for gathering, synthesizing, and taking action on product feedback. The role will also require interaction with a wide variety of teams including Marketing, Research, Customer Support, and other internal Product teams to ensure a best-in-class experience for our consumers.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as Project Manager and work with cross-functional teams to execute on a product roadmap, establish milestones and manage the implementation and evolution of the product development cycle
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the user feedback by organizing data coming from a variety of sources including surveys, interviews and user feedback inbox
  • Triage and manage prioritization of new feature enhancements and bug/fixes
  • Support the team in managing product and content releases, including QA

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Entrepreneurial passion and innovative mindset
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2C project management role
  • Project management skills. Someone with responsibility to ensure that projects are completed in an appropriate and timely manner. Experience with agile methodologies highly preferred. Experience with project tracking and collaboration software will be a plus (e.g. JIRA).
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
  • Must be a team-player and a history of collaborative success
