Responsibilities:

  • Own the process for New Hire Training, oversee all logistics, and facilitate the program from start to finish
  • Drive the onboarding strategy to make the process a world-class experience
  • Consistently maintain onboarding metrics at or above set KPIs at the end of each quarter
  • Identify drivers of lower survey scores and implement solutions for improvement
  • Identify common themes in qualitative feedback to understand what is going well with onboarding and New Hire Training and where improvements need to be made
  • Gauge new hire engagement and work with business partners to provide feedback to managers through qualitative and quantitative data
  • Effectively collaborate with stakeholders involved in the onboarding process and coordinate efforts to deliver a great new hire experience

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Experience in operational/process environment
  • Experience in a fast-paced and high growth company with a constantly changing environment
  • Past success designing exciting live experiences with great audience engagement

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
