Associate Commercial Project Manager

The role of Associate Commercial Project Manager is to support Indigo’s Project Management capabilities. Responsibilities include maintaining, tracking, and reporting on project status, and working cross-functionally to develop project plans and schedules. We are looking for a high energy candidate with a passion for project management. The Associate Commercial Project Manager will work cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Crop Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales Ops and Finance teams to achieve the best outcomes for Indigo and our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Indigo Certified Agronomy Program team to lead 2-3 major workstreams as Program is built out. As Indigo Certified Agronomy Program organization is hired and put in place, be able to transition on-going work to new team members and ensure their success
  • Work with senior stakeholders to establish a comprehensive Channel Enablement program enabling centralized reporting and channel-specific execution, partner management and tracking of value creation
  • Lead 1-2 major workstreams that are part of a large cross-functional project spanning Commercial Operations (Sales Ops, GCS, Business Units, etc.), Supply Chain, Finance and supported by Technology
  • Lead 2-3 small-to-medium size projects independently

Qualifications:

  • PMP certification and Six Sigma a plus
  • Consulting experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ of relevant experience with cross-functional project management
  • Expert in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
  • Experience with SalesForce or equivalent CRM system a plus
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience creating executive presentations
  • Experience completing projects on short deadlines with demonstrated 80/20 thinking
  • Ag or food production experience a plus
  • Experience working with technology teams a plus (awareness of when and how to engage technology teams during a project)
  • Experience working with large operational groups on the frontline of delivering company products and/or services a plus
  • Able to be based in Boston or Memphis, and willing to travel 50% of the time
