Assistant Boutique Producer II
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for…
An Assistant Boutique Producer II to assist with production of online boutiques from start to finish. If you are looking for a fashion related project management role within a growing company, look no further!
What you’ll accomplish…
Style Level Production Management:
- Be an expert in your categories by staying relevant with trends, competitors, and brands while upholding the Rue brand and standards
- Communicate with Merchant team on sample and vendor asset timelines
- Track Production status on category’s styles to ensure all timelines are met
- Proactively raise concerns, issues, and recommendations within a timely manner on all boutiques to our Programming, Planning and Merchant teams.
- Facilite style updates with internal Production teams (Features, Imaging) as needed
- Facilitate resolutions on Customer Service issues (live and post launch) for your category’s styles
- Action daily reporting on issue styles
- Be knowledgeable of the performance and production history of past boutiques and apply learning’s to future boutiques.
Boutique Management:
- Act as the main liaison for your weekly boutiques by managing and filtering the flow of information between internal teams (Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, Production, Programming, Planning).
- Produce up to eight boutiques per week for your category
- Develop and publish info sheets that communicate the standards, assortment, brand identity and overall message for your boutiques.
- Partner with our Studio Scheduling team to schedule creative impact production of your boutiques within timelines
- Perform daily walk thru’s with Creative and the Studio teams to ensure Creative is executed as planned.
- Merchandise and categorize the product in your boutiques to best represent the brand and appeal to Members.
- Distribute final boutique link to internal partners for pre-launch review
THE RIGHT FIT:
You have…
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in a project management, e-commerce, production, retail or merchandising role
- Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented, has solid project management skills and can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word & Excel, Google Docs
