DataRobot AI Services is looking for a project management rock star who is driven, focused, and a high impact player to join our growing team. This individual needs to have a strong knowledge of managing complex projects, a proven track record of successful customer engagements, and can adapt to a fast paced startup environment, and can adapt to a fast paced startup environment. Experience delivering analytics projects or enterprise-wide software technologies into large organizations is a plus.

As a Project Manager within DataRobot AI Services, you will be developing, maintaining, and growing client relationships as well as leading cross-functional teams from project planning through execution. We are looking for an experienced project manager with the ability to drive results, urgency, and accountability. You’ll get an opportunity to collaborate with a passionate team and work with the world’s top data scientists and other industry leaders in AI!

This job is right for you if you are an analytical person, problem solver, and can quickly shift between the 30,000 foot vision and the granular details that enact said vision. We expect our Project Managers to:

• Manage expectations and day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
• Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients
• Participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process
• Generate highly detailed and frequent reports and status updates
• Collaborate with partners across the business to deliver on-time and on-target results
• Identify and issues proactively and formulate plans to address them
• Develop, maintain, and communicate accurate schedules with all project stakeholders

Requirements

• 5-7 years managing projects involving cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical or technical skills to supplement your project management knowledge
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to professionally represent the company to customers
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to manage numerous, concurrent fast-paced projects
• Strong understanding of analytical products and solutions preferred
• Travel up to 20% of the time
