Do you see yourself here? Read on.

Who you are

You have a few years of Software Engineering experience, and at least one year doing Product Management in a technical setting. You have a strategic mindset; in this role you would be supporting multiple tech teams (BI, Engineering, Data Science, DevOps to name a few!) so experience with Build Tools is highly preferred. Additionally, you thrive at solving problems and driving results - you will get results despite external shifts. You can manage complexity and have no problem making decisions with little information. Lastly, you can communicate effectively; speaking to technical stakeholders is basically second nature.

What the role is

In this Technical Product Management role, you will be the first Product Manager working exclusively with the engineering and data teams. This person will help apply their technical expertise in order to prioritize an outcome-driven product roadmap.

Build Tools is critical to the success of our engineering and data teams to be able to build software with confidence and consistency. The Technical Product Manager is responsible for talking to various stakeholders across multiple teams to understand how they can confidently and effectively build and deploy code through a CI/CD process that is as frictionless as possible. The role is to support the engineering and data teams through services that enable them to execute at a faster pace as autonomously as they can.

Please note: this role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States with the exception of Colorado.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the product efforts at building and improving our Build Tools and defining our CI/CD process
  • Build impactful tools and process that are foundational to the engineering and data teams
  • Launch a product from inception to production
  • Work collaboratively across the engineering and data teams to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Outline problems and proposed solutions, supported with data
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • Experience working with data science, platform, and/or service teams

The Other Stuff:

  • Competitive salary
  • One-on-one professional coaching with an external expert
  • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • 401(K) Plan with Employer Match
  • Added perks

You do you.

Drizly is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status
