Using your industry expertise, you will drive and improve the quality of the shopping experience Chewy provides to pet parents.

  • Research, evaluate, and define best practices for project management within the organization.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and superior communication skills.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience, 5+ in technical program management.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related technical field.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
  • Position may require travel
