  • Analyze customer needs across teams and projects, identifying commonalities and working with engineers to build tools that meet these common needs and use cases
  • Evangelize tools built across engineering organizations to ensure all available users can take advantage of them
  • Dive into analytics and tagging standards to ensure we can measure and attribute customer actions

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of Technical Product Management or Project Management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Operations Management or Business Administration
  • Position may require travel

Bonus (if applicable):

  • Knowledge of Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Bamboo, Confluence)
  • Experience with building retail solutions
  • Comfort working with large and complex data sets and presenting findings to senior leadership in a concise and actionable manner
  • Experience with AWS (or similar) cloud / compute services.
  • Experience with Machine Learning
  • Strong analytical skills including SQL
  • Experience communicating (written and verbal) with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units
