ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Product Manager - Technical, to own the nascent Flywheel Market Intelligence domain by putting their experience, drive, and strategic vision at service of our customers and help us drive more and better data, controls, and insight into the overall Flywheel experience.


In this Market Intelligence Product role, you will need to develop a thorough understanding of both our current systems architecture in different business domains and implement ways to deploy solutions that maximize value across the whole product feature set. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic vision and big-picture thinking, as well as sharp and disciplined execution, technical depth, analytical rigor, and excellent communication.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Obsess over your customers and work backward to define tenets, customer experiences, long-term goals, focus areas, and key product and business performance metrics.

• Develop and present strategic product documents (press releases, FAQs, PRDs), prioritization frameworks for sprint planning, quarterly, and annual planning documents.

• Drive intake, planning, and prioritization of feature and enhancement requests in close partnership with engineering, data science, and product partners across Teikametrics.

• Influence our roadmaps and overall self-service business strategy by proactively communicating your vision, reporting plans and progress, and aligning with Teikametrics' core values.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent customer experience intuition. You obsess about customers and can translate customer needs into crisp, detailed product requirements. 
  • Demonstrated experience and success in both owning and delivering high-impact products and features end-to-end, from a Product Management standpoint, and driving successful product roadmaps
  • Ability to work with teams at all levels of the organization and apply concepts to different customer personas and countries
  • Great communicator who is able to clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English)

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recent domain experience with SaaS products, digital advertising, search, or eCommerce
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for having fun
  • Passion for building technology that delivers outstanding customer experiencesAbility to work well with a variety of people ranging in various technical levels
  • MBA and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
