Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a Senior Site Merchandising Manager to join our Site Merchandising Team, based in Boston, MA or Dania Beach, FL. This person will be responsible for determining & executing merchandising strategies for two high-priority and high-visibility initiatives - Premium and Fresh & Prepared Meals. The ideal candidate will have retail and/or e-commerce experience managing product discoverability and presentation and will be a data-driven leader who is comfortable working and influencing cross-functionally. The business is growing quickly, so this leader will have a clear point of view, but be flexible enough to pivot as needed based on shifting landscape and business demands.

What you'll do:

Create a “best-in-class” shopping experience for our next-gen Premium and Fresh & Prepared Meals businesses
Develop strategic plans and align with stakeholders on improvements to the customer experience, providing a clear roadmap and regular progress updates
Drive awareness of these categories utilitizing segmentation and scalable content placement
Use web analytics and data to guide ongoing improvements and determine attribute structure, navigation pathways and landing experiences that improve presentation and increase product discoverability
Collaborate with product to create & leverage in-flight features or advocated for needed tools to support program success

What you'll need:

College degree in business-related field
7+ years work experience, with 2+ years in ecommerce
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively cross-functionally
Demonstrate a data-driven approach to problem solving and prioritization
Ability to think ahead and set plans in motion for future growth needs

Bonus:

MBA
Experience in e-commerce back-end operations and Google Analytics
Familiarity with SQL
