Our expansion has created the need for an energetic, organized, and motivated Senior Product Success Specialist to join our growing Product Success Team. If you would like to work at a fast-paced company that is experiencing high growth, keep reading!
Your challenge:
The Senior Product Success Specialist will play a critical role in our Product department as you oversee, organize, and manage the resolution of all product related inquiries and issues from the sales organization and proprietary data issues from all sources.
The ideal candidate for this role has experience working in research, data entry and analysis, and creating and organizing workflows, while juggling competing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities for you to tackle include:
- Oversee resolution of all inquiries submitted from the sales organization, those related to proprietary sourced information, and internal sample profile requests.
- Organize and deliver training and subject matter presentations for new hires and other relevant departments.
- Develop new Help Center content, while actively collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure new release material is prepared along with relevant FAQ material.
- Create, manage, and enforce cross-team channels/communication processes (such as Asana), involving outreach to and collaboration with other training & operations teams at Definitive Healthcare.
- Organize and lead recurring team meetings to ensure projects and available resources are kept in balance.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve overall efficiency/tracking and assist with implementations (e.g. product suggestion process/board, monthly reporting, new templates)
Success in this role will be driven by:
- 1-3 years of experience in a previous research, support, or data analytics role.
- Excellent time management and organization skills to consistently meet deadlines and simultaneously maintain and monitor information and requests across platforms/tools.
- Detail oriented with exceptional writing skills, including the ability to condense complex subject matter into straight forward documentation.
- Ability to create clear and concise training and presentation content.
- Problem solver and customer focused mentality with the ability to identify areas of opportunity and improvement in preexisting workflows and organization.
