Position Overview:

We are searching for a Product Manager to help own and drive the strategic roadmap for our Fulfillment Automation System (FAS) and Warehouse Execution System (WES) product suites. In order to be an effective 'CEO' of your product suite, you need to have extensive ‘domain’ knowledge of Warehouse Operations, Warehouse Management Systems or Materials Handling Systems/Operations so you can design products and solutions that closely meet our customers’ needs. You are expected to be capable of learning to manage the end-to-end product management life-cycle for technically complex warehouse fulfillment & management solutions, from ideation and requirements gathering to prioritization, implementation, and ongoing performance optimization and feature enhancements. Your success will be driven by your thought leadership and your effective collaboration with Engineering and other internal stakeholders across the organization such as Sales, Customer Operations and Customer Success. As a senior member of the Product team, you will also help craft the long-term vision for our overall 6RS Global Warehouse Management and Fulfillment Platform.

In a "typical" day you could be interfacing with Customers to gather requirements for new features, conducting market research, developing our long-term strategic roadmap, mentoring your team and re-balancing our Engineering team's work between short term customer requirements, strategic projects and high priority live issues. Key Activities:

• Own and drive all aspects of the product lifecycle including stakeholder engagement/management, product ideation and prioritization, overseeing development & implementation and ongoing strategic roadmap development and management
• Work closely with Leadership and senior managers across the organization to ensure the product vision aligns with broader company objectives
• Be the customer champion, using data and customer feedback to inform product and roadmap decisions
• Utilize data to understand the scope, impact and priority of our business objectives, and enable the team to transform that knowledge into system enhancements and new features
• Monitor performance of the team’s initiatives and measure impact of product features, enhancements and strategic projects to drive continuous performance improvements
• Communicate your product vision and roadmap to key stakeholders throughout the organization - influencing to attain support and resources to execute

Position Requirements:

• 3-5 years background in Warehouse Operations, Warehouse Management Systems or Materials Handling Systems/Operations
• Bachelor’s degree in either a technology or business discipline
• Fast Learner with strong people management skills
• Highly collaborative and effective in a cross-functional environment
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Product Management experience is a plus
• Ability to think strategically and tactically and make quick, data driven decisions/tradeoffs
• Evidence of “scrappy startup execution” and ‘get it done’ attitude
