We’re a multi-sided marketplace connecting individual B2B buyers and entire companies with restaurants and delivery partners. Each side of our marketplace feels, correctly, that it’s #1 in our hearts. will have a direct impact on ezCater revenue by building technology for and with our Marketing team. Your focus will be pursuing our biggest technology opportunities to help grow our Marketing efforts to the next level. From AdTech, to loyalty and promotions, to email and other marketing notifications channels - you’ll help us to make sure we have the right technology in place to get us to the next phase of ezCater growth.

What you'll do:

• Guide cross-functional teams in a highly iterative, rapidly evolving agile environment
• Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements, create user stories, and help to develop our platform roadmap.
• Work closely with our Marketing and Advertising teams ensure we have the right AdTech, Customer Loyalty, Promotions, and Marketing Notifications technologies that will propel us to the next stage in our company’s growth
• Manage Marketing technology feature development from conception through design, build, release, and iteration.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to assess value, usability, and feasibility of new product and feature offerings
• Create and monitor the ongoing metrics that measure and define success

You have:

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience
• Substantial experience working directly with agile development teams
• A solid understanding of Marketing Technology (AdTech, Notifications, Promotions and Loyalty programs)
• Experience in user research, bolstered by heartfelt empathy for B2B users
• A healthy dose of creativity surrounded by guardrails of data
• A highly collaborative approach, supported by excellent communication and organizational skills
• A solid understanding of applicable web technologies
