We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us scale Sense to millions of homes over the next few years! As a Senior Product Manager you will be the key piece in the product strategy creation and execution on various fronts within Sense which could include but not be limited to: Core in-app UX/UI, mass market adoption and optimization, as well as the next generation of Sense’s device detection. Responsibilities

  • Engage with executive leadership to generate and align the product roadmap with the Sense’s short and long term goals
  • Track, accomplish, and present OKR performance metrics
  • Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, (market & competitive) research, design, development, launch, and iterations
  • Prioritize and build new product features while writing clear requirements
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product designers, engineers, and 3rd parties to discover, vet, and demonstrate the feasibility of opportunities in a lean fashion
  • Partner with strategic teams internally and externally to increase user growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Track record of building and launching innovative products
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a bias towards experimentation and metrics-driven action
  • Past success analyzing data, drawing accurate conclusions, and adjusting strategy accordingly
  • Passion for UX and building products that customers love
  • Ability to distill high level objectives and market feedback into clear, detailed product roadmaps and definitions
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excitement for and the ability to thrive in high growth, fast-paced, and dynamic environment

Nice to haves

  • Experience in categories like gaming, e-commerce, or on growth projects in other sectors
  • Consumer, mobile, or hardware product management experience
  • MBA or similar graduate business degree
