Senior Product Manager, Growth Optimization

Central to our growth ambitions is the ability to rapidly build the Perch Platform, our proprietary technology that allows us to manage the complexity of growing our rapidly scaling portfolio of microbrands with high velocity, accurate decision making. In particular, the Perch platform is connected to multiple marketplace APIs which enable dynamic pricing and advertising decisions. Perch is looking for an experienced product manager/leader to lead the development and deployment of algorithms that leverage our unique holistic supply chain, market, and competitive data
Requirements:
- Partner with marketing and/or pricing leaders, emerging data science teams, and engineering to build a roadmap that directly drives business outcomes.
- Participate in day-to-day trade off decisions with engineering to execute against the roadmap.
- Directly measure and report on business performance driven by deployed pricing and advertising algorithms.
- Evaluate, pilot, and potentially partner with 3rd party solutions that can be integrated with the broader platform.
- Be additive to our culture of challenging the status quo and having a low ego.
- As required, help to interview, hire, and coach those around you.
About You
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven professional to help manage the buildout of technology platforms. We are open to a variety of seniorities for this position with a minimum of 2 year’s experience in product management at a technology company. You have experience analyzing data to drive insights and action and are comfortable with ambiguity. You are a strong communicator and have experience managing projects from start to finish. Mostly you are motivated by an opportunity to break the mold and impact our users.
