Senior Product Manager, Content Experience
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Content Platform Product Team in our Boston, MA office. Our mission is to make Chewy the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet parents by providing pet parents with the most relevant and dynamically targeted content in an optimized way. You will work on a range of areas – starting from developing workflows/authoring capabilities through developing innovative widgets and UI that allows Pet Parents to learn about products and services. You will own a roadmap and will collaborate with design, engineering, business and other product teams to deliver scalable solutions for how content is delivered and presented across Chewy.
What You’ll Do:
- In this high impact role, you will have the opportunity to shape and improve customer experience across the site, delivering delightful experiences to our customers.
- Use your customer first mindset to set product visions and guide the development and delivery of best-in-class customer experiences.
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and superior communication skills; be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Define and analyze measures of success (KPIs) for new features and enhancements; transform these customer and business insights into clear requirements for product enhancements and new features.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap and prioritized product backlog ensuring product vision aligns with both customer and business goals.
- Monitor performance of your product(s) and measure impact of product enhancements; communicate impact clearly across the organization and use to drive prioritization.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of high visibility initiatives by collaborating cross-functionally with design, engineering, business, analytics and other product teams to deliver features with strong customer and business value.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience, 3+ in eCommerce/product management.
- Passion for building functional and engaging customer experiences
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, people-oriented attitude
- A history of owning, developing, and communicating long-term vision and goals that drive strategies for a portfolio of products
- A track record of creating dramatic impact to both customer experience and business metrics
- A proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel and to effectively prioritize competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Position may require travel
