POSITION: Senior Product Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Define, design, implement, test and support complex products that directly impact revenue. Lead cross-functional teams, serving as product and part project manager, to establish milestones and manage development and QA efforts. Balance multiple objectives, projects, stakeholders, and goals simultaneously. Create and share vision for the big picture when developing products and plans for new initiatives. Develop written requirements and assist in creating/validating mockups, managing their iteration through the design and testing process. Design tools and methods to assess product performance and identify key levers for improvement - including hands-on analysis and design. Research, troubleshoot, diagnose and recommend solutions to increasingly complex business or technical problem. Assist in managing prioritization of new product enhancements and bug/fixes. Monitor key metrics and support analytics teams for continual optimization of the product and business plan. Be an ambassador for the CPC Sales team within the greater TripAdvisor family.

REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, or a related field; and two (2) years of post-baccalaureate work experience including the following:Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions; Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application; Work closely with engineering, data science, sales, and analytics in an agile environment to deliver products to market; Experience of working on Internet-scale web services for customers, designing and implementing advanced applications for consumers or business partners; Ability to understand customer business needs and communicate effectively with external as well as internal stakeholders; Develop an intimate knowledge of global competitors, identify global market trends and drivers, and help formulate a strategic plan; Extensive knowledge of online media, marketing and advertising; Writing and working with complex queries in SQL/Hive/Redshift or Tableau.
