Overview:

SimpliSafe is looking to hire a Senior Director to lead the Product Management organization. Reporting to the CEO, you will closely work with the executive leadership as well as cross functional groups to define the product strategy and manage execution. In this role you will:

• Help define product strategy based on customer and market requirements, and translate the strategy into execution through product roadmaps and plans
• Interact with Product Development and Engineering to understand best design practices, what is possible, and cost implications
• Work on all aspects of our next generation hardware including industrial design, user experience, hardware and software
• Synthesize information and present to cross functional teams

About you:

• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Passion for products, specifically in the Consumer Products and Internet of Things domain
• Proven track record of taking products from the conceptual stage to mass production
• Strong understanding of agile methodology, user experience, and industrial design
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves
