The role of the Salesforce Product Manager is to partner with Indigo’s business functions to gather, understand, and define business requirements for value-added solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for creating user stories, process flows, and functional requirement specifications to support the design and development of CRM solutions. Strong collaboration with both end users and technical developers is vital for this role, along with the ability to execute end user trainings and manage user acceptance testing. This position will play a key role in leading cross-functional teams to ensure that the company’s tactical and strategic CRM objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a trusted partner for the Commercial Sales and Marketing teams
  • Become the go-to resource for all matters related to Salesforce CPQ (SmartContract)
  • Organize and manage the execution of a process improvement initiative for the U.S. Sales team
  • Create end user training documentation and deliver regular end user trainings (with ongoing contributions to company learning platform)
  • Successfully manage User Acceptance Testing prior to the delivery of new features and projects
  • Effectively lead cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and mission goals
  • Create effective storyboards and mockups/wireframes pre-build to help solidify business requirements
  • Manage the Salesforce development backlog and priorities in partnership with the Salesforce CRM team and business stakeholders
  • Bring a strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities to advise when Salesforce functionality can be leveraged vs. custom build options

Qualifications:

Required

  • 5+ years BA experience using Salesforce.com CRM
  • Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
  • Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
  • Experience collaborating with senior business stakeholders
  • Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Willing to travel up to 30%

Preferred

  • Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution preferred
  • Salesforce CPQ / Docusign / Conga experience preferred

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Salesforce Admin or Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service or Community) Certification preferred

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
