Touchplan® is seeking an experienced Lean construction professional to join our team as a Professional Services Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record supporting and developing customer accounts in a fast-paced, high growth environment. Must be a self-starter with exceptional networking and customer consulting skills, who thrives under pressure
.
Responsibilities:
●Provide technical sales and comprehensive customer support for Touchplan® product offerings.
●Provide advanced onboarding and best practices to customers.
●Facilitate construction progress and pull planning meetings.
●Facilitate weekly follow up meetings with project teams.
●Master schedule review and consultation.
●Phase scheduling review and consultation.
●Lookahead planning review and consultation.
●Commitment planning consultation.
●Last Planner® System implementation and metrics consultation
●Construction drawing and work zone review and consultation
●Work sequencing and TAKT consultation
●Outline and specify UI/UX improvements to Touchplan® based on customer feedback
Requirements:
●10+ years of construction or project management experience
●Strong background in Lean Construction and the Last Planner® System
●Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers
●Committed to operating with a sense of urgency and a positive winning attitude
●Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
●30% - 40% Travel

●Consulting experience
●Software as a service (SAAS) experience
●In depth knowledge of construction management, architecture, engineering or project controls
