How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Agero allows me to have the work-life balance I need. The company understands and cares that employees have things they need to deal with outside work. Agero is the most flexible company I have ever worked at in accommodating the chaotic schedule I sometimes have to work; I arrange my life first and know it’s ok to make my work fit in around that.
