Docent Health partners with health systems to improve patient experiences and provide support throughout the entire healthcare journey. POSITION DESCRIPTION

This role will put you at the center of an exciting new healthcare product.  The work will involve working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Partnership Success teams. You will be responsible for collecting information from key stakeholders and partnering with internal teams to build new solutions. Projects will span the project lifecycle from ideation to implementation as well as cover both technical and service design solutions. 

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing vision and requirements to the Engineering team and stakeholders
  • Ensure that the backlog always has sufficient prioritized work for your projects
  • Assess value and develop use cases to build future epics ensuring work focuses on maximum value aligned with product strategy
  • Build data to communicate projects and track their successes
  • Work with Implementation and Operations teams to continuously iterate existing and new products
  • Train internal and external stakeholders on new processes, technology, and workflows

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Action-oriented problem solver
  • Data analysis skills, e.g., strong knowledge of Excel. Tableau experience a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Passion for both healthcare and providing exceptional experiences
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-4 years professional experience in product, engineering, data analytics or other technical teams. Healthcare and/or tech preferred.
