Product Operations Specialist

The Product Operations Specialist will work with our external partners to ensure the day-to-day quality of our finance and insurance products. This requires attention to detail, curiosity, a self-starter attitude, a bias towards innovation, relationship-building skills, and an ability to remain flexible in dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnosis and identify patterns for a problem in order for it to be solved by our partners and /or internal teams.
- Help to bring improvements and greater efficiencies to partner processes to ensure quick defect resolution.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Support the Customer Success team with escalations to our partners.
- Maintain requirements and partner documentation.
- Develop process maps.
- Create test cases and scenarios.
- Comfort with ambiguity; ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience working in an Agile product development environment. History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of professional experience, in a technical support role.
- Working knowledge of JIRA
- Experience working with SOAPUI
- Triage and troubleshooting issues with the API products and source data flowing through our API’s
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies
- Startup mentality; willing to pitch in wherever needed and wear many hats
- Knows when to pivot
- Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; strong executive presence
