Product Operations Manager

WHOOP is seeking an impact-driven Product Operations Manager to help embody our team culture and strengthen our internal Product Operations activities. You’ll be responsible for collaborating with product experts and product team leads, streamlining processes, and leveraging feedback to fuel business impact through the lens of development team advocacy.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior Product Operations Manager to advance the WHOOP mission and empower our rapidly-growing team base to optimize our performance and achieve exceptional results. The success of this role consists of leveraging exceptional organizational skills and applying a team-first mentality in order to present our products and recent innovations in ways that will strengthen feature adoption, engagement, and member retention.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Tracking and delivering continuous value delivered to our teams including content and development toolkit
- Working collaboratively with Product Experts and Operations leads on organization infrastructure
- Supporting details and assets of onboarding new hires at an accelerated pace
- Detail-oriented and timely execution in a support role for Product Operations strategies and goals
- Produce value and measurable results across cross-functional teams
- Execute long and short-term roll out and calendar for internal releases which tie to the product roadmap and delivery of features across multiple software development teams
- Lead team analysis and understand usage trends to position new tools across teams
- Partner with cross-functional teams to craft development playbook documentation, process support, and continuous improvements
- Identify opportunities to eliminate, automate, self-serve, serve -supporting
- Collaborate closely with their product and design teams to ensure operational team processes are factored into new product development plans and designs, and to integrate solutions to identify user experience issues in upcoming versions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 4+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Product Operations Management, Management Consulting, Strategy, Program Management, Customer Experience, or equivalent Voice of Customer role.
- Proven track record of distilling complex themes into simple stories and narratives
- Experience driving complex projects or programs with several competing stakeholders, ideally in software development and/or software launch readiness role
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking; ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
- A collaborative approach to drive results; developing and executing against business objectives
