ABOUT THE ROLE:


We’re looking for someone with high data literacy, analytical curiosity, and great communication skills to facilitate internal processes, empower PMs, Designers, and Engineers with data, and ensure our customers find value in our Flywheel application. As a Product Operations Analyst you will work on a tight team to make sure the data and functional integrity of the Flywheel application is maintained on a regular basis as well as assist with technical troubleshooting and ticket documentation. Additionally, you will accommodate ad hoc data requests as well as identify opportunities to improve the current functionality of the software and communicate this cross-departmentally. You will track the trends and statuses of platform issues and feature requests on a weekly and monthly basis and present this data to stakeholders and team leads. It is important for every member of the Product Operations team to be obsessed with our user's in-app experience so we can accurately represent the voice of the customer to our Product and Engineering teams.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent industry experience with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
  • Experience with SaaS support and troubleshooting Strong technical background and problem-solving skills SQL knowledge
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence Proficiency with Excel and/ or Google Sheets Analytical and organized with the ability to dig deep in data when necessary
  • Understanding of internal and external customer mindset, technical issue resolution, and support best practices
  • Quick learner who can help identify and implement new programs or processes that drive user satisfaction, usage, retention, and/or team development
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller and/ or Vendor Central
  • Knowledge or experience with additional marketplaces such as Walmart and eBay
