Piaggio Fast Forward is looking for a highly motivated and proactive Product Manager who can think strategically and stay connected to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of EQ, integrity, creativity, initiative, accountability, communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork and excellence. Reporting to our VP of Brand, the Product Manager will be a key cross-functional team member working closely with both design and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a product vision and strategy; Guide release of consumer robotic products from concept through launch.
• Define customer scenarios and write user stories.
• Work on product roadmap, requirements and prioritization.
• Participate in cross-functional product and feature teams, both formal and informal, to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer requirements and commitments.
• Quickly assess and address key risk areas/opportunities and lead through influence.
• Prioritize between existing versus new customers, and between features, architectural improvements and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain competitive analyses, identifying new players, trends and opportunities in the market.
• Analyze various data sources to identify user needs and define product requirements.
• Create and deliver presentations and/or demos as needed for internal and external audiences.
• Evangelist for the product internally.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to understand technical concepts and evaluate trade-offs.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to deliver business specific value.
• Experience conducting ongoing competitive analysis through research. Prior experience evaluating customer and market trends through customer interviews.
• Experience working with engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs, but considers future growth scenarios.
• Experience working with business stakeholders for product delivery and go to market activities.
• Prior experience working closely with design teams on wireframes and mockups.
• Strong user-centered design philosophy.
• You are able to be a divergent and convergent thinker.
• Experience with entire product lifecycle (from concept through launch) for a consumer electronic/device.
• Agile product delivery experience.
• Excellent communication, planning, prioritizing, decision-making, cross-group collaboration, presentation and organizing skills.
• Experience presenting to senior executives.
