Our Product Management group is are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Digital Product Manager to manage our Web Tools. In this role, you will be managing the Agile process for both internal and external design and development teams to deliver new features and necessary software tools that meet business and customer needs.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and translate business requirements into user stories for development and design teams to implement.
  • Maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation to continually evolve Superpedestrian’s internal and customer facing web tools.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap/vision that will take the feature/product from inception to MVP to polished product and beyond.
  • Define the metrics and testing methodologies for each web property.
  • Inspire and motivate the Development and Design teams to deliver innovating and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency that aligns with business priorities.
  • Act as an ambassador for the products internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the web software products.
  • Maintain constant communication with key stakeholders across the company regarding development schedules and to ensure successful product releases.

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years experience as a Product Manager/Owner of SaaS web applications is required
  • Experience with vehicle fleets, asset management tools and/or IoT devices is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, design, business or related fields
  • Ability to strategize and understand the immediate and long term business implications of your projects and priorities
  • Exceptional ability to comprehend and communicate technical concepts in writing and in person
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical cross-organization teams
  • Prior experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to your audience
  • Positive, people-oriented, and energetic
  • Certifications as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master are a plus
  • A solid sense of humor and a love for bikes
