We are a cross-functional team, made up of product, pricing, merchandising, sourcing, manufacturing, design, channel, analytics and finance that is engaged, driven and continuously improves the product and service offering that we have for our customers.
What You Will Do:
The PPAG Line of Business is expanding and looking for a highly motivated product manager to manage the T-Shirts product range globally across North America, Europe and ANZ markets. You will work directly with go-to-market, channel teams (SEO, SEM) pricing, merchandising, analytics, sourcing, manufacturing, customer service, design and finance. With the majority of the team based in Europe this candidate will play an important leadership role for the overall PPAG Product Marketing team within the Waltham office.
Key responsibilities include:
Product Strategy- Define and own the product strategy and positioning for T-Shirts by leveraging consumer insights, competitive intelligence and analytics to drive marketing, assortment and experience improvements.
P&L Management- Own the P&L for T-Shirts.
Product Management- Define and implement the right product assortment that meets the needs of our customers. You are expected to manage the product forecasting, sizing of new opportunities and own the levers that drive profit and cash flow for our business, including new product introduction, quality improvements and pricing optimizations
Project Management- Lead priority initiatives, create and manage project plans that are cross-functional from conceptualization through delivery
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Economics
6-8 years of product management experience
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve a common objective
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with proven examples of times you have used data to solve a problem and influence future investments
eCommerce experience, ideally in a position where you have focused heavily on the customer to meet their needs
Experience in establishing and implementing standards and processes with a strong focus on operational excellence
