As a Product Manager Advisor, Multi-Disciplinary Care, you will be accountable for leading and coordinating the strategy and execution of Humana’s integrated product experiences including consumer journey maps, persona and stakeholder roadmaps, product strategies, and management of integrated product experiences. Working closely with other Cohort and Product Managers, Markets and Operational leaders, you have accountability from design to delivery of fully-developed integrated experiences that meet the needs of the customer and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience launching clinical products and/or designing integrated product experiences and leading or coordinating work across cross-functional teams to create meaningful health care experiences. Responsibilities

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the full end-to-end experience for consumers and stakeholders including strategic product planning, product evaluation, roadmap development and execution while partnering with others product leaders to ensure delivery of an integrated clinical product portfolio 
  • Assess the health landscape as well as related industries, evaluate competitive offerings and determine where gaps in current capabilities exist
  • Leveraging qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify customer problems to address and develops business case to inform prioritization
  • Has a solid understanding of the end-to-end member journey experiences, defines the requirements to drive improved customer experience and outcomes based on external inputs
  • Use agile product development methodology to identify, iteratively develop and minimize risks in alignment with enterprise processes
  • Accountable to work horizontally across enterprise to align strategy and collaborate with product leaders in development of test plans to advance integrated experience and deliver on business value  
  • Exercises independent judgment and makes decisions on aspects assigned within product domain including managing the full end-to-end experience lifecycle, user and buyer experiences, development and execution and ensuring the investment and performance are consistent with customer needs
  • Defines the core metrics that will inform the success of the integrated product experiences including P&L/KPIs/NPS
  • Accountable to co-develop with research and design talent to produce user requirements, specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications
  • Define and secure necessary external partnerships to extend value for our customers
  • This role requires 25-30% travel to Boston, Louisville and other market areas

               

Required Qualifications

  • 7 years product management experience and/or experience with end-to-end execution of integrated clinical experiences
  • Minimum of 3 years of health care experience
  • Ability to drive significant transformation
  • Solid track record managing integrated experiences or clinical products that achieved clinical and financial outcomes
  • Competence working on very large and most complex assignments.
  • Strong ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity
  • Ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably and effectively communicate with a variety of business leaders from operators, to physicians, to management
  • Both quantitative and qualitative analysis experience, with the ability to drive to trend identification and actionable insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or other related fields

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working with populations who have multiple conditions
  • Experience in driving integrated user experiences
  • Proven experience in developing and managing P&L and equivalent operational KPIs
  • Strong ability to independently lead and manage a cross-functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
