Reggora is a remote first, high growth-stage fintech company transforming the market for valuation for the largest asset class in the world - residential real estate. Our company provides the first end-to-end cloud-based home appraisal management product, dramatically reducing the mortgage lending timeline and making the lender and home appraiser more efficient.
Reggora is seeking a Product Manager to lead up the Marketplace team . The appraisal marketplace team is responsible for rigorously executing on reducing appraisal turntime. This team defines who, where and when appraisers are allocated to orders. The marketplace product built by this team will have a tremendous, direct impact on valuation automation for a multi-trillion dollar asset class.
What You'll Do:
As the product leader for this team, you will own the strategy, roadmap and execution of the marketplace product. You will be directly responsible for balancing the needs and strategy of the business and blending it with the needs of the customers while also coordinating strategic alignment between the two sides of the marketplace (lender and appraisal vendor).
Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience building and delivering highly successful products
• Experience partnering closely with data scientists to launch analytically rigorous, platform-based products
• Experience synthesizing quantitative and qualitative feedback to guide the product roadmap
• Attention to detail. The ability to obsess over every piece of information
• Ability to seamlessly switch between solving the most immediate problems at hand and keeping a bird's eye view of the overall strategy
• Self-starter and autonomous executor
• Experience working on marketplace products
• Background in a quantitative field (math, statistics, etc...)
• Have a competitive, ambitious mentality; love solving ambiguous, challenging and massively impactful problems
• Exceptional communication and organization skills.

Salary for positions at this level start at $90,000 and range based on years of experience, locality, and market conditions, among other factors.
