Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting product definition and requirement analysis throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements, completing functional application reviews, helping shape and supporting achievement of product vision and goals.
The Product Management Senior Analyst works closely with developers, digital strategists, business analysts, UX/UI designers and communications team members to enhance and maintain the Bank`s digital product portfolio to ensure that business and customer goals are met and that the product supports the Bank`s strategies and goals.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Assist in defining and work to implement the product strategy and roadmap for the application.
2. Collaborate to deliver requirement documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
3. Develop and maintain the requirements backlog and draft release schedule based on the priorities framed by business leadership
4. Maintain business resumption test plans, coordinate and/or participate in testing.
5. Work with internal and external parties to gather and validate requirements.
6. If necessary, run beta and pilot programs for early-stage products and enhancements.
7. Serve as an expert with respect to industry standards and opportunities.
8. Partner closely with team members and prioritize to ensure product vision is being brought to fruition.
9. Strong analytical skills; ability to identify problems, research issues, and provide options for resolution to the team

Supervision
This position is not required to supervise individuals.
Knowledge and Experience
Knowledge and experience normally acquired through, or equivalent to, a Bachelor`s degree (a Master`s degree or equivalent is preferred) and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management for web based applications.
• Excellent feel for the potential of web, social, and other digital products and solutions in service of organizations and their audiences.
• Experience with multiple large-scale website implementations and enhancements, working with business, marketing and technical teams.
• Experience with web development, Content Management Systems, Office 365 (Sharepoint Online and MS Dynamics), mobile applications.
• Prior experience working with application project teams for implementation, customization, or enhancements.
• Experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting user and business requirements. Experience with AI technologies a plus.
