ASICS Global Digital Commerce is seeking a Product Information Management Specialist, on a contracting basis, to support in the execution of product content and site merchandising as it relates to the global rollout. This individual will help manage the product information content and site merchandising workflow between global and regional stakeholders to ensure that all requested content is gathered and then executed on site in an accurate and timely manner. The person in this role will also support the training of regional stakeholders on the PIM tool to drive regional autonomy in the day-to-day storefront management.

Responsibilities

• Be a point of contact for global and regional merchandising and content production stakeholders to organize the site launch product assortment
• Maintain necessary product content and site merchandising in the Product Information Management (PIM) tool and report product readiness for on-site launch
• Support in the UAT and QA of new PIM features
• Develop training materials of new PIM features and functions

Requirements

• 2-3 years of eCommerce merchandising or product information management experience
• Understanding of basic retail product lifecycle a must
• Understanding of PIM platforms, workflows, and functionalities a must
• Knowledge of PIM solution, Salsify a plus
• Understanding of an eCommerce platform, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly known as “Demandware”) a plus
