Product Deployment Consultant

MassMutual is seeking a Product Deployment Consultant to use their expertise in life insurance, annuities, and/or disability income across multiple distribution channels to enhance the success of our sales and client management organization?s readiness to tell our value story with each launch of new products and solutions. You will drive the collaborative development and execution of a holistic and integrated deployment plan ? with outputs from a cross-functional team. The successful candidate will understand the needs of customers to deliver solutions in an optimal approach.
Daily and monthly responsibilities - What your days and weeks will include.
- Support the end-to-end development of life, annuity, DI products/solutions with oversight to full lifecycle
- Partner internally with subject matter experts in product, sales, competitive intelligence, marketing/communications, and other key business areas to ensure new products/solutions are deployed for maximum effectiveness
- Ensure strategic communications, training and tools are made available to allow sales and client management teams to strategically position MassMutual?s solutions
- Know market dynamics, niche market segments, competitive landscape and technical information that can have an impact on a sale
- Know the distribution channels and understand the nuances for success, by channel
- Represents MassMutual at industry conferences and/or in sales support role to market MassMutual?s thought leadership and innovative solutions.
Required skills and qualifications - The qualifications that are needed for this role.
- 5+ years of product deployment experience, with a deep understanding of life, annuity, and disability products and distribution landscape
- 1+ year project management experience

- FINRA Series 6 or 7
