CA Technologies is looking to hire 2 Product Analysts to work out of either our Burlington, MA or Islandia, NY facilities.  The positions are responsible for performing tasks on different systems related to selling, supporting and delivering final software products to our many customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

The Product Analyst plays an integral part throughout the development lifecycle of our products.

Product Analysts will:

 

  • Participate in discussions regarding distribution, pricing and licensing related issues across all CA product lines.
  • Learn how to triage Service Desk tickets for Product, Pricing, Royalty and Hierarchy related issues.
  • Create and maintain Material Master Data for SAP, CPQ, STAR, Service Cloud and SYSPTF systems.
  • Effectively navigate, research and trouble shoot Material Master Data
  • Facilitate master media and source through the Distribution Control Center
  • Review, approve or reject all sales requests for SAP materials triggering workflow
  • Peer review new SAP materials and pricing in compliance with established SOX narratives
  • Build and maintain relationships with other CA organizations and provide product reporting as applicable to assist in their strategic initiatives
  • Use comprehensive product and system knowledge to demonstrate critical thinking to ensure a successful product rollout
  • Facilitate product communications to customers

 

 

Required Work Experience / Skills:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.
  • 2 or more years of related work experience.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks, be assertive and persistent for product related issues or to escalate to manager in timely manner
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
