ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate with product, analytics and data science teams to help solve problems and scale business
• Perform data analysis, review dashboards to drive insights on customer behavior, customer segmentation, business rules
• Support data analysis for specific product areas, including metrics tracking, exploratory research, experimentation and results tracking
• Perform ad hoc time-series analyses, hypothesis testing, and causal analyses to statistically assess relative impact and extract trends
• Define user stories and think through edge cases to help the engineering team deliver high-quality features

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in technical/quantitative disciplines, or equivalent experience
• Strong SQL skills with hands on experience
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, Tableau, Looker, or Mode
• Self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
• Results-oriented
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
