CA Veracode is a business unit within CA focused on application security. Reporting to the VP of Product Management, the Principal-Product Strategy & Partnerships will work with the product management team to create go to market strategy across CA Veracode’s portfolio of products, create business cases for entering new markets, and identify and manage technology partners.
Responsibilities:
- Work with all the functions within CA Veracode to define the vision and strategy for our business unit.
- Define go-to-market strategy across products, including new verticals, channels and geographies. Create product bundles and pricing for the various target markets.
- Create business cases for strategic investments and partnerships
- Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize requirements across products, create annual cross product roadmap and update it quarterly
- Provide market and technology research to inform product strategy
- Maintain and regularly assess key business metrics to inform decision making
- Manage key technology alliances and joint go to market plans. Serve as an evangelist within partner communities.
- Lead cross functional teams to create and execute internal strategies to improve operational efficiency and better serve our customers
Requirements:
- 10 years + of work experience in product management, strategy, and / or business development roles
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide project management support
- Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models
- Experience developing new pricing models
- Experience managing partnerships, including joint marketing and cross selling
- Understands implications of trends across business & functions
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical / critical thinking skills
- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
