Finance Software Consultant
Bullhorn is looking for a Finance Software Consultant to join our Product Management team.

Why this job is important:
The Finance Software consultant is responsible for defining & driving the product roadmap, development and launch of Bullhorn One, Bullhorn’s product offering including time capture, expenses, payroll, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will be a smart and progressive long-term thinker with a proven track record of tackling complex problems by breaking them down and delivering solutions in an incremental fashion under tight timelines and will have deep experience with payroll and invoicing within large companies.
A typical day might include:
· Driving the product team in understanding, articulating and translating business problems into product requirements, documenting use cases, and proposing solutions for new and existing customers.
· Consulting with large, complex recruitment organisations discussing challenges, pain points etc, striving for continuous improvement.
· Acting as the go to person and subject matter expert on payroll and invoicing requirements within the staffing industry.
· Leading the product team in developing, publishing, and maintaining the roadmap for one or more products. Diligently and continuously prioritizing and re-prioritizing work based on customer input, market needs, stakeholder input, internal and external drivers and user feedback. Communicating the roadmap to internal and external stakeholders at a regular cadence.
· Partnering with Product Marketing to research & document market opportunity across all applicable staffing customer segments, industries & geographies. Defining MVP for new offerings and ensuring MVP addresses the needs of those target markets.
· Working closely with members of the UX team to understand, document & iterate over the user experience and usability of new capabilities.
· Partnering with Sales and internal and external implementation teams to ensure successful pre-sales activity and go lives with strong customer satisfaction scores.
· Leading cross-functional initiatives with members of Product Marketing, Development, Sales, Professional Services and Support to ensure the successful launch of new products and features or working closely with the enterprise account teams to ensure successful projects with our largest customers.
· Partnering with Product Marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, messaging and positioning of new offerings.

· Customer-focused attitude. Experience interacting with customers on a regular basis to understand their needs and pain points, and delivering products and features that enable them to get things done quickly and efficiently.
· Strong executive presence.
· Ability to lead through influence, building strong relationships and driving outcomes across departments.
· Superior problem solving and project management skills including ability to balance resources and rapidly evaluate and address risk.
