Among the most important decisions farmers make over the growing season is when and how to sell their crop. The Senior Financial Tools Product Manager will be directly responsible for guiding the creation of digital tools to help our internal hedging team and our external customers (growers) with their grain marketing decisions. Working closely with our Grain Marketing Strategy and Data Science Engineering teams, you will be in a high-impact position to help further our company mission to improve farmer profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between Grain Marketing Services team and Development team
  • Meet with external users (ex. farmers and food processors)
  • Establish reputation as the finance SME within the Product team, collaborating with other designers and Product Managers as needed
  • Create and own roadmap for pricing intelligence products
  • Evangelize priding product vision and process
  • Build and launch pricing intelligence products for external customers

Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of finance/pricing
  • Excellent written and spoken communication (and listening) skills across a variety of audiences
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Extremely organized; able to drive others toward a timeline
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Learns quickly

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in a financial software product manager role; proven experience bringing financial products to market
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth environment

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
