Head of Product Management
Mabl is a fast-growing VC-backed startup in Downtown Boston that’s building the future of test automation. Our app combines the power of machine learning with the simplicity of low-code to make software testing easy and powerful, filling a critical need in the multi-billion dollar software testing market.. This is an important problem to solve, because traditional approaches to manual and automated testing are too slow and complex for modern software teams that employ DevOps practices. This has left a void in the multi-billion dollar market for software testing.

Our product organization is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Product Management leader to join our passionate, highly skilled, and collaborative team to help build the future of software testing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and develop a world-class Product Management team and function.
- Steward the development and maintenance of mabl’s product roadmap and plan.
- Generate insights that inform and shape mabl’s overall go-to-market and product strategies, messaging, positioning, and priorities.
- Serve as a player/coach in hands-on management of strategic company initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
You are an experienced operator, product leader, and manager who excels at partnering with other functional leaders to deliver outstanding business results. You are extremely customer focused and maintain a “whole product” perspective in your work. You also have the following specific skills and experience:
- Strong relevant experience working in product management with increasing levels of responsibility and scope, including building and leading high-performing product teams.
- Deep domain knowledge related to software testing, including market trends, competitive dynamics, buyer/user personas, and go-to-market models.
- Expert knowledge of Enterprise Software-as-a-Service business models and associated metrics.
- Highly collaborative, cross-functional approach to working across stakeholder teams, including user experience, engineering, support, and more.
- Rich experience working closely with sales and marketing on positioning, messaging, enablement, thought leadership, pricing, packaging, and more.
- Strong track record of delivering successful, innovative products that customers love.
We’re looking for someone located in Boston, but we're open to remote candidates for this role with a strong preference for those in the Eastern time zone.
