You'll be working on Dragon Medical,one of the best-knowncloud-basedHealthcare ITsolutionsrelied upon bycliniciansall over the world. You'll bedefining "what's next" inspeech enabledclinical documentationand workflowsupport.You'll evangelize roadmaps,leadcustomer researchandmarket assessments. You'lldrive product launchestobolsterDragon Medical's right to play, with a focus onpursuingopportunitiesthat redefinethe world's best clinical speech recognition intothe world's most effectiveclinician companion.
To be qualified for this role, you're going to be great at:

  • Building relationships and getting people to those aha! moments
  • Explaining just about anything to anyone, in particular — how digital innovation in the healthcare workflow can transform outcomes
  • Advocating and empathizing
  • Being the "pied piper" facilitating cross-functional team's collaboration
  • Taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions
  • Defining new value propositions for solutions
  • Leading go-to-market / new product introductions
  • Justifying financial business cases leveraging qualitative and quantitative research


You will also bring:

  • At least three years of product management leadership responsibility and seven or more years in healthcare technology
  • The motivation to leap into new idea testing with customers (and Engineering)
  • A zeal for metrics
  • A passion to drive mission-critical imperatives that truly change the healthcare experience
  • Experience crafting successful, compelling business cases and product roadmaps
  • Previous experience in the creation of SaaS or mobile app solutions from hypothesis to prototype through collaboration with UX design.
