Jobcase is a social media platform dedicated to empowering and advocating for the world’s workers. Jobcase Network is looking to find a motivated leader to direct the product activities and help steer the communications and onboarding of members across 100+ job boards owned and operated by Jobcase Inc. Collectively, our sites rank in the top 5 for most visited job boards on the web in the United States. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to create prioritization and direction based on quantitative and qualitative data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help be a thought leader in the strategic planning for the Jobcase Network
  • Lead in the execution of strategic plans including allocation of resources and cross functional items
  • Responsible for key OKRs for JCN and having a strong understanding of how those OKRs intersect with other organizational goals 
  • Formulate hypotheses, then design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate them
  • Responsible for extending the lifetime engagement and life time of JCN members
  • Help drive our member acquisition strategy and member on boarding
  • Build new products to continue to expand membership, increase breadth depth and knowledge of our members ship to continue to extract maximum value from our user base 
  • Have a strong pulse on the employment space and constantly evaluate our competitors, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies or develop new partnerships to drive membership and/or value from our membership

Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years experience working in an online B2C product organization with rapid development cycles; experience in lead generation, online media, or two-sided online marketplaces a plus
  • Proven track record in driving customer acquisition and retention strategies 
  • Success in a metrics-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills (SQL & Tableau experience strongly preferred) with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated creativity in problem solving and execution
  • Expert growth hacker, know the quickest ways to gather the least amount of information to support hypothesis and dig further
  • Able to solicit direction from a broad range of stakeholders (sales, customer success, clients, internal stakeholders and senior management) and synthesize into a product roadmap backed by a sound decision making framework
