Threat Stack is changing businesses in two distinct ways.

First we enable businesses of all sizes to securely leverage the benefits of cloud computing by identifying and verifying insider threats, external attacks, and data loss in real time.  This alone greatly decreases both mean time to detection and resolution of potential security events that exist daily, weekly within many organizations.

Secondly, as a security company ourself, we have been able to take our vast, internal knowledge of cloud security to market in the form of co-managed services. This is not your standard services offering where we do everything for our customers but rather we are teaching them to fish.  With the deficit of security hires available, it is our belief that our security program is drafting and developing the next gen of security professionals.   

In an age where protecting sensitive personal and proprietary data is paramount to trust at large, Threat Stack is at the heart and forefront of that protection for our customers on multiple levels.  Located in Boston, Massachusetts, Threat Stack works with nearly 400 security-minded customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure our customers are getting both immediate and long term value out of our product by achieving their identified security objectives
  • Guide and coach customers and internal stakeholders with proactive customer success processes.
  • Deliver the tools and resources needed to enable customers to develop security expertise from within and create their own security operations
  • Collaborate closely with your internal post sale team that consists of several people, to deliver our best in class platform and services 
  • Accurately maintain client information and meeting notes  in SFDC
  • Maintains knowledge of Threat Stack products, customer drivers and industry trends

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years experience in a customer-facing customer success, or strategic consulting organization , within the B2B application,  SaaS, or IT Infrastructure Management industry
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Organizational efficiency is a must; task and process driven
  • Security acumen and knowledge ideal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment at a high growth company
  • SFDC or equivalent CRM experience
