BHE has been a leader in providing custom research services and novel analytics platforms to life science companies for the past 20 years. We are currently accepting applications for a Commercial Analytics Product Manager who will provide leadership with respect to the development of products and solutions for payer analytics, marketing analytics, and brand teams in the biopharma sector. This is a key position that reports to company leadership and leverages BHE’s innovative, market-leading healthcare analytics software platform, Instant Health Data (IHD).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements for products/solutions
• Assist in end-end product/solution design (data ingest/transformation, reporting/UX)
• Serve as lead sales engineer
• Present at professional meetings and conferences
• Provide subjective matter expertise and strategic input to support business development teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics
• 5+ years of experience consulting for or working on payor/marketing analytics teams
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experienced in presenting ideas and findings to both non-technical and technical audiences
• Methodical, disciplined, diligent, well-organized, and professional
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Able to multi-task and prioritize assignments
